Hola Efrain: Mi familia y amigos pasamos una semana genial en Ragal Palms Resort, las instalaciones del resort son tal cual aparecen en las fotos. El area de la piscina es perfecta para disfrutar de las altas temperaturas de Orlando. En cuanto a la casa es muy amplia y comoda. La unica observacion que tenemos es que deberian de tener la piscina abierta hasta mas tarde. Oh se me olvidaba... el resort tiene una ubicacion perfecta, pues los parques estan muy cerca. The townhouse was very clean and had everything we needed for our vacation. We enjoyed the pools and lounging around for the week. It was centrally located for everything we wanted to go to and see Disney and Animal Kingdom. We had a great time. We would love to use it again in the near future. This was our first time in florida and we enjoyed everything about the trip. the resort had everything we needed, Ephraim was especially trust worthy the town home and resort were great. Just home from a fantastic stay in Regal Palms, we rented two houses from Ephraim and we were extremely delighted with the following, the size of the homes, the cleanlisess of the two homes, every home comfort you could ask for was there, being on the doorstep of the pool and the clubhouse was an added bonus as many guests had to drive! It was really a home away from home and I will definitaly be back. Wow! That's what I can say. My stay was great.The house was nice and clean and very accomadating. I spent alot of time in the house do to Florida rain, but still had a great time. We purchased tickets to Island of adventure but my kids didn't want to go. They wanted to stay in the lazy river or in the house. I recommend this home to anyone you save money and have lots of fun. Ephraim, we absolutely loved staying in your townhome. It was very clean, and the staff was quick to attend to anything we needed. The pool was hit with everyone in our group...ages 8 to 70! I must admit I was skeptical about the travel time to Disney, but you were right on the mark. It only took about 20 minutes. I've stayed on Disney property before, and with bussing it often took just as long if not longer than 20 min. to reach the parks! We also loved the convenience of the supermarket and restaurants. When we were rained out at the park, it was great to be able to pick up a few pizzas and return to the townhome where everyone could dry off and enjoy dinner. My only suggestion would be that you add two more chairs to the dining room table so that you have seating for 10. Thank you again for your lovely home. Thank you for a wonderful stay at your resort town house. It was clean and very homely place and we were very comfortable, like being at home. We had a great disney vacation and our children really enjoyed the pool and the lazy river. That was a very big hit for us all. Ephraim, We had a wonderful time in Florida! The townhome was spacious and clean. The pool was a big hit with the kids. Check in and check out was easy and the price was unbeatable. Ephraim, my family had a nice time during our visit. They had such a nice time that the kids did not want to go to visit the vacation homes. I strongly recommend your place to others! Hi Ephraim, What a pleasure to stay at your townhouse! Thank you for being so responsive to our last minute accommodations in April. It was a pleasure to meet your family. We had a great time! You are a pleasent individual to work with and we enjoyed our stay at Regal Palms. The pool, spa, and food were excellent! Check-in & check-out were a breeze and the front office personel were very friendly and took care of any needs during our stay. The townhouse was very clean and included everything that we needed for our large family. We loved having the washer/dryer and the separate in-law suite downstairs. The location of the property is excellent as well. We will definitely be back, perhaps this year! Thanks again for everything that you have done to make our Disney vacation so enjoyable! We stayed in the 3 bedroom Townhouse April 28th through May 8th. The booking process was straight forward and simple. The charges at check-in and check-out were as expected. The Townhouse was very spacious and had all the ammentities we needed. The resort wasn't very crowded during our stay so we enjoyed the great pool area with no problems. We'll be back in the future.
