I welcome all children to bring their parents to join the "FUN" and EXCITEMENT. I am confident this vacation will become an awesome lifetime memorable event. I only have one warning. When you stay in one of my townhouses you may never want to rent a room in a hotel again. You'll be spoiled with the spacious private bedrooms, TV's, DVD players, large kitchen, living room, dining room and private parking outside your doorstep. I loved my stay at Regal Palms, when I heard lazy river that sold me prior to arrival, but after check in I was floored with the accomodations. We arrived to a fully equipped house, appliances, baby furniture, towels and shopping a block away. I was absolutely great!!! We viisited in April and plan on going again in August that is how much fun we had. Oh, and lets not forget the parks a a fifteen minute ride away!!!!

We rented your 3 bedroom condo, it was very, very clean!!!!

The house was fully equipped. There were 7 of us,(4 adults, 2 children and 1 infant). There was a highchair, infant bath and port-a-crib supplied. Washer and dryer on-site, what a blessing.

The food store and restaurants were only a block away for walking, The Disney parks were close too, only about 15-20 minute ride.

Would highly recommend to family and friends.

We have just returned from a 5- night stay at you property at Regal Palms in Orlando and found the value very good. A very nice complex and ammenities. The pool was a lot of fun too!
It was much better than doing the double room hotel thing with 8 people. 4 BR's and 3 Baths was very comfortable and parking off street directly in front of the unit was so convienient. Having our own Kichen and laundry helped greatly. We'll tell others!

The 3 bedroom condo was neat and clean and was perfect for the seven of us (4 kids + 3 adults). Proximity to the Publix made getting supplies and food quick and easy. The kids really enjoyed the pool area with the lazy river.

We rented two properties for the Disney Marathon on January 11, 2009. The houses are in a very good location. We loved the community itself since it has all kind of ammenities. The houses were actually bigger than I thought.
What I like the most is that Publix is around the corner.

To all the people that visit your website I want to tell only one thing: THE PLACE IS EVEN NICER THAN ON THE PICTURES.

The rooms are bigger than they appear on the pictures, very sunny and pleasant and most important thing... it was very, very clean. The housekeeper is amazing. The house is absolutelly fully equiped. I will recomend you to all my friends that visit Orlando.

Great location - close to Disney and the other parks, plus the new Outlets Mall, and the shopping center for groceries, pizza, Applebee's, Chinese food, etc, is a stone's throw from the resort. The pools and slide was a real treat for the kids. I would definitely stay here again!

As you know I was in charge of all the reservations and very nervous, but I really had nothing to worry about, everything was perfect and you were really wonderful. Hola Efrain: Mi familia y amigos pasamos una semana genial en Ragal Palms Resort, las instalaciones del resort son tal cual aparecen en las fotos. El area de la piscina es perfecta para disfrutar de las altas temperaturas de Orlando. En cuanto a la casa es muy amplia y comoda. La unica observacion que tenemos es que deberian de tener la piscina abierta hasta mas tarde. Oh se me olvidaba... el resort tiene una ubicacion perfecta, pues los parques estan muy cerca.

The townhouse was very clean and had everything we needed for our vacation. We enjoyed the pools and lounging around for the week. It was centrally located for everything we wanted to go to and see Disney and Animal Kingdom. We had a great time. We would love to use it again in the near future.

Just home from a fantastic stay in Regal Palms, we rented two houses from Ephraim and we were extremely delighted with the following, the size of the homes, the cleanlisess of the two homes, every home comfort you could ask for was there, being on the doorstep of the pool and the clubhouse was an added bonus as many guests had to drive! It was really a home away from home and I will definitaly be back. I would have no hesitation in dealing with Ephraim again, he answered every boring detailed question I asked and was a pleasure to deal with!

Wow! That's what I can say. My stay was great.The house was nice and clean and very accomadating. I spent alot of time in the house do to Florida rain, but still had a great time. We purchased tickets to Island of adventure but my kids didn't want to go. They wanted to stay in the lazy river or in the house. I recommend this home to anyone you save money and have lots of fun. I would rent this home again. July 12 to July 20 2008
